Onyx Interiors Ltd were appointed as principal contractor to deliver “CAT B” refurbishment works to the ABC Reception Area which services over 3,000 staff from the various tenants on a day-to-day basis.

Reception / Break Out & Gym Area (Ground Floor):

• Strip-out of existing flooring & Installation of new MF (Metal Frame) ceiling and Lighting system.
• Reconfiguration of internal layout to include new Café and Reception / Concierge area.
• Compliance upgrades including fire, DDA access and electrical certifications.
• Creation and installation of new “State of the Art” Gym.
