Works:

A 3-phase design and build refurbishment of the fourth-floor office space. Works included full strip out across the entire space. We replaced raised access flooring, installed new suspended ceilings, plasterboard partitions, flooring, glazed partitions, sliding doors, feature slated walls, electrical and lighting throughout, M & E services, door entry system, furniture and sanitaryware. We created a new refreshment area and breakout space with a new recycling station.
