Involvement

Onyx Interiors were appointed as the Principal Contractor by Savills, to co-ordinate and deliver landlord-led external envelope improvement works and “CAT B” Internal making good works.

The works were undertaken to enhance the building’s thermal performance, operational efficiency, and long-term asset resilience in what is perceived as a competitive office South-east office market.

External Envelope Works:

• Installation of thermally efficient cladding system
• Installation of new flat roof with man-safe system.
• Replacement glazing systems across Ground, 1st and 2nd Floors
• Installation of new ventilation louvre grilles to support the improved M&E systems.

Internal “CAT B” Works:

• Replacement window boards
• Replastering of walls to internal front elevations
• Painting and re-decoration throughout accommodation
