2-Work Leeds is a flexible workspace and business community designed to support start-ups, scale-ups and established occupiers within a modern, collaborative environment. The brief was to deliver a high-quality internal refurbishment that would enhance the functionality, aesthetic and user experience of the space, while allowing the building to remain operational throughout the works.

Onyx Interiors Limited were appointed to undertake the refurbishment, working closely with the client and wider project team to deliver a contemporary, efficient workspace aligned with 2-Work’s brand and operational requirements. The works focused on creating adaptable work areas, improved communal spaces and upgraded finishes to provide a professional yet welcoming environment for occupiers and visitors alike.

Scope of Works

• Strip-out and CAT B refurbishment works of existing office accommodation including new flooring, ceilings, lighting and partitions.
• Creation of modern meeting suites, collaboration zones and breakout areas
• Installation of bespoke joinery, tea points and welfare facility upgrades
• Mechanical & electrical alterations to suit new layouts and corporate standards
• Re-decoration of circulation areas and enhancement of reception/entrance zones
