With over 30 years’ experience within the industry, starting out as a QS and holding Directorships at a number of local construction companies, Mark has gained valuable experience working on and delivering numerous multi-million pound projects throughout the UK.
Since taking over as Managing Director, Mark continues to uphold the strong values the company was built upon, whilst looking to direct the company’s strategic growth and development over the coming years.
Mark oversees the operational side of the business and provides direction and leadership to the onsite operational teams, whilst ensuring quality project delivery and client satisfaction.
Milton joined Onyx having previously worked alongside Mark Kite at several companies, bringing with him years of industry experience. As Operations Director, Milton is responsible for the planning, production, and successful delivery of projects throughout the UK. Milton is an adept and committed manager having had hands-on experience managing construction contracts, with exceptional knowledge of large strip out projects and fast track fit out contracts.
Luke joins the company as Commercial Director and brings with him a wealth of experience. Luke has managed commercial teams and delivered successful projects ranging from New Build, refurbishment, renovation of listed buildings and commercial units, all varying from between 1– 26 million pounds.
Luke will plan, develop and implement commercial strategies that reflect the objectives and priorities of Onyx, with an aim to maximise efficiency, generate revenue and create sustainable growth.
Having spent 30 years’ working within the construction industry, Dave heads up the contracts division at Onyx, managing projects for some of the biggest names within the industry. Experienced at managing projects up to £10,000,000 – Dave strives to keep close relationships with clients, surveyors & building control, from project commencement to completion, utilising his broad knowledge of the commercial, industrial and residential sectors.
An experienced safety practitioner, with over 30 years’ experience in Health, Safety and Environmental management. Brian has spent his whole career within, or closely allied to the major construction industry. With a hands on attitude, he is equally happy on site influencing cultural change by engaging the workforce – as he is strategically reporting to the MD, writing policies and procedures.
Coming from a construction background, with his mother being a successful project manager and interior designer – Alex’s working life began as a laborer and multi-trade handyman, before becoming a SSSTS qualified site supervisor in 2017 and a SMSTS qualified site manager in 2021.
Having previously worked for the NHS, Courtney joined Onyx as a Construction Administrator to assist with the recent expansion of the business. She has quickly established herself as a crucial member of the team, serving as a first point of contact for clients and colleagues. Courtney goes above and beyond to make sure everything goes smoothly and is always happy to help.
With over 20 years accounting experience, across sectors including new-build developments, telecommunications, and construction – Sarah offers a wealth of accounting knowledge. With her high professional standards, and helpful nature, Sarah aligns perfectly with our company values and is a vital member of the Onyx family.
